Three hours on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay will help you to determine if you want to make sailing a bigger part of your life. You will join one of Eastern Watersports certified instructors on a Hobie Wave Catamaran for our Intro to Sailing lesson. You’ll learn some basic sailing concepts and get a real feel for the wind in your sails. This course will have you sailing in no time, and this course also meets our requirement for you to rent a catamaran with Eastern Watersports.

Our sailing lessons start at $125 and are taught at our Sailing Lessons are held at Eastern Watersports @ Hammerman Beach, 7200 Graces Quarters Rd, Baltimore MD, 21220. Students must be at least 13 years old if they are going alone and must be at least 9 years old is they are taking the class with an adult.

Our boats typically fill up quickly, so if you’re thinking about getting into the sport, reserve a spot on one of the boats today!
Students must arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled time to check in.
Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date/time. Please feel free to ask for clarification on this policy. Renters must sign liability waivers prior to use.
