These paddleboard yoga classes are one hour sessions located at Eastern Watersports @ Dundee Creek, 7400 Graces Quarters Road, Middle River, MD 21220. Our classes are taught by Yogis Suangela Abrams or Christina Bollino.
Bring your own board and only pay $15.00. Make sure to select the “Personal Paddle Board – Bring Your Own Equipment” option.

The instructor was super awesome and made sure people of all levels were included. She was also focused on our safety and gave good prompts to help us while on the water. Been twice now and will make it a regular practice.
